This is an exciting new opportunity to join the Alzheimer Scotland Communications & Campaigns Team. Alzheimer Scotland is Scotland’s national dementia charity. Our aim is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide support and information to people with dementia, their carers and families, we campaign for the rights of people with dementia, support vital dementia research and promote positive brain health.
You will work closely with our Communications & Campaigns Team, including the Executive Lead for Communications & Campaigns, our two Communications & Campaigns Officers and our Creative Designer on a wide range of communications projects, executing these in-line with our wider communications strategy and social media strategy.
You will assist with all awareness raising, policy and income generation campaigns, and will work closely and collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective, timely, accessible and high-quality communications.
We are looking for people who will build and establish strong relationships across the organisation, with the skills to tailor our key messages for a variety of audiences.
You will have experience of producing a wide variety of content for different channels including social media, e-marketing, e-newsletters, internal communications, and web articles.
You will be comfortable with, and excel in, working in a fast-paced environment, and confident in managing conflicting deadlines.
