The Community Activities Organiser is central to our success, in sourcing, planning, organising and facilitating social, recreational and therapeutic activities in the local community. Ensuring that people living with dementia are encouraged to reach their full potential and can participate in a varied range of activities which are designed to enhance their quality of life.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to use digital platforms in addition to working within the community. They will have good communication skills and a caring attitude, with the ability to show empathy and understanding for people living with Dementia and their families. Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.
