Contract: 1 position, permanent, 17.5 hours per week
We are looking for an energetic enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Receptionist/Administrator in our Kilmarnock Dementia Resource Centre who will act as first point of contact for visitors and callers. The post holder will join a team who are based at the Centre and should have good collaborative working skills as well as flexibility.
As the first point of contact the post holder should have good communication skills, a caring attitude and to be able to use their own initiative.
As admin support, the post holder will have good organisational and IT skills.
The successful applicant will have a positive approach to dementia. A willingness to learn and participate in training is essential. Relevant qualifications and/or experience of working with people with dementia would be an advantage.
